Championing women's careers: what do we need to succeed?

As of January 2019, there were more women in the workforce than men. During the pandemic, more than 5 million American women stopped working for pay. And today, 56 percent of American women are working for pay, the lowest level since 1986 according to the New York Times. What do we need most to succeed today in the world of work?
